How do I report a bug in BookBubble?
Email support@bookbubble.app and tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead, your device model and iOS version, and which version of BookBubble you’re on. A screenshot helps if it’s something visual.
How do I delete my BookBubble account?
Email support@bookbubble.app from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll check with you before anything is removed.
How do I get a copy of my data?
Email support@bookbubble.app from the address on your account. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you.
How quickly will I get a reply?
BookBubble is a small independent project, so you’ll hear back from a real person. We reply as soon as we can, and account and privacy requests go to the front of the line.
